• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of day-to-day commercial agreements for institutional
• Prepare and maintain template documentation, playbooks, negotiation guidelines, and know-how for
• Partner closely with global business stakeholders (including commercial, marketing, partnerships
• Collaborate with LegalOps to design and improve policies, procedures, and contract workflows that
• Deliver training on contract review and management, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the
• Support commercial legal workstreams that advance strategic business plans, including new market

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent common-law qualification with eligibility
• Excellent English-law contract drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and to operate effectively amid
• Creative problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and communicates clearly with non-legal
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and resolve conflicting priorities
• Preference for candidates with experience advising on UK consumer-facing, marketing, data
