📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts (financial and corporate) for Ebury entities in
• Advisory on contract interpretation and dispute resolution
• Work with local counsel to ensure contracts are enforceable and compliant with local law
• Day to day advisory on cross-border banking products and services
• Advisory/structuring of complex cross-border transactions
• Assistance with presentations/pleas/contacts with regulatory authorities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years acting as legal counsel for financial institutions, either in-house or in a law
• Advanced English and Spanish
• Prior academic experience in the field will be an advantage, but not essential
