📋 Description

• Serve as lead counsel in defined strategic priority areas and key brand teams, providing
• Provide clear advice to senior business clients and executive management on Japanese laws and

• Draft, review and negotiate agreements such as complex commercial agreements and other corporate
• Advise and resolve multi-faceted legal matters in practice area without supervision, adopting a

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Law degree
• Bar admission (Japan, US, or other major jurisdiction)
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably as in-house counsel at an international
• Experience in general contracts, corporate and commercial law
• General understanding and experience in intellectual property matters (protection of trade secrets
• Solid understanding of anti-bribery laws, ethics, and compliance
