Senior Legal Counsel - Regulatory

📋 Description

• Advise on payment regulation and broader regulatory frameworks, including digital regulation
• Track and assess existing and new requirements for the Farfetch Group, focusing on payments
• Identify, monitor, and evaluate regulatory risks and enforcement trends; take proactive steps to
• Develop strategies for and engage with relevant regulators.
• Advise on commercial matters, including contractual agreements with partners and payment
• Work on tariffs-related matters from a legal perspective.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE.
• Superior analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Prior in-house experience beneficial.
• Excellent training, preferably in a top-tier law firm.
• Experience advising on payments regulation and commercial matters.
• Proven ability to assess new international legislation/regulation and apply it on a risk-based
