📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end contract execution, filing, and recordkeeping process, ensuring documents are
• Oversee payment requests and invoice reviews, coordinate with Finance to resolve billing
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, renewals, and rate-card administration while ensuring external law
• Manage relationships with matter management and e-signature platform providers, oversee system
• Help colleagues use legal technology tools effectively, improving adoption and consistency across
• Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient activities, design streamlined workflows, and drive

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in legal operations or a related field, such as legal finance
• Proven experience designing and managing processes involving high volumes of payment requests
• Strong spreadsheet skills and the ability to work confidently with large datasets, analyze
• Professional fluency in English, with the ability to coordinate effectively with international
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential, sensitive, or commercially important
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize
