Senior Legal Operations & Admin Executive (fully remote!)

📋 Description

• Contracts: Own the contract execution and filing process end to end, so that contracts are issued
• Budget and billing: Oversee payment requests and invoice review, work with Finance to resolve
• Vendors: Manage vendor onboarding, renewals and rate-card administration, and enforce our External
• Systems: Manage the relationship with our matter management and e-signature platform vendors, and
• Process improvement and automation: Identify manual processes, design more efficient ways of
• Documentation: Keep process documentation up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in legal operations or a related role (e.g. legal finance, contract management, in-house
• Experience designing processes that handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation
• Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Sound judgement with confidential material.
• Comfortable making decisions and escalating only what needs escalating.
