Senior (Life Science) - Business Process Outsourcing

📋 Description

• Plan and supervise assigned business process outsourcing engagements.
• Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business and accounting processes.
• Review workpapers for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Review financial statements, including note disclosures, for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and prepare account reconciliations.
• Post cash transactions daily and ensure cash reconciliations are completed promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3–4 years of experience as a senior accountant, including experience in a business process
• Advanced computer skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise multiple engagements simultaneously.
