• You’ve scaled CRM before: demonstrate significant improvements in revenue, conversion, repeat
• You understand consumer growth: experience in a high-volume B2C subscription business where CRM
• You think like a builder: able to personally create segments, journeys, experiments, campaign
• You know how to find and prove what works: can turn user behavior into ideas and use testing
• You move quickly and take ownership: comfortable building without a finished playbook, deciding
• You communicate clearly and work across teams: collaborate with technical, creative, and commercial
