📋 Description

• Manage commercial-, IP-, trademark-, bankruptcy-, and employment-related disputes and litigation
• Respond to subpoenas, garnishment orders, domestic relations orders, statutory requests for
• Lead and manage internal investigations on legal risk matters.
• Develop scalable processes for handling litigation matters in a growing company.
• Advise business stakeholders on litigation risks in business disputes.
• Weigh legal risks pragmatically and propose practical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school, state bar admission, and ability to practice in the applicable
• Minimum of 4 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience managing complex litigation and/or class actions.
• Experience conducting internal investigations.
• Law firm and in-house experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
