Senior Living Home Care RN Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Collaborate with Rehab Manager/Director/DCO to manage field staff.
• Review clinical documentation for high-quality services.
• Ensure appropriate clinicians are assigned to each client.
• Develop and update care plans based on ongoing assessment.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5 PM.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of RN experience in Home Health.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Desire to lead, inspire and motivate others.
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
