📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop clinicians to deliver exceptional care.
• Drive clinical excellence and quality initiatives with leadership team.
• Collaborate with Rehab Manager, Director, DCO for field staff management.
• Oversee client care plans and ongoing assessments with interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate referrals, case management, and clinician-to-client matching.
• Represent BAYADA in community and marketing activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years RN experience in Home Health, VNA, or community care.
• 2+ years leadership/management experience (Clinical Manager/Nurse Manager).
• Strong case management and Medicare home health knowledge.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship skills.
• Commitment to clinical quality and regulatory compliance.
