• Develop and implement unique solutions to help communities and residents meet their goals
• Strategically treat patients and ensure best practices are carried out by all team members

🎯 Requirements

• Current Maryland licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP Required
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and platforms
• Experience in the senior living setting
• Home Health and/or Outpatient experience is desirable
