Senior Living Program Manager

📋 Description

• Manages solutions for communities and their residents throughout the continuum of care in Senior
• Develops and implements unique solutions to help communities and residents meet their goals
• Strategically treats patients and ensures best practices are carried out by all team members
• Utilizes outcome-driven data analytics to analyze key metrics and develop customized programming

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms
• Experience in the senior living setting
• Home Health and/or Outpatient experience desirable
