📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications using C#/.NET and Microsoft
• Promote the adoption of AI coding agents and introduce practical, secure agentic development
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve code quality, automated testing, debugging, refactoring, and
• Mentor developers and establish repeatable best practices for AI-assisted software engineering.
• Lead component-level design and contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and continuous
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM planning and delivery processes.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience developing applications with C#/.NET.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing solutions for Microsoft SharePoint and/or Microsoft Teams, including Office
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agentic workflows, such as Claude Code, Claude, GitHub
• Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, unit testing, mocking, integration
