📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ML initiatives from ideation to production.
• Design and deploy ML systems across hundreds of millions of signals using real-time and batch processing.
• Advance NLP, multimodal AI, and content intelligence; build LLM-powered solutions.
• Define evaluation methodologies including golden datasets and online experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to shape strategy and roadmap.
• Mentor engineers and raise ML engineering standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Production ML system development and deployment experience.
• Delivered large-scale ML architectures on big datasets and high-throughput systems.
• Hands-on with large language models; evaluate and deploy for product challenges.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks and measuring model performance.
• NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, or multimodal ML experience.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams.
