Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Moloco NEXT

📋 Description

• Own a production CTR/CVR model end-to-end: modeling, eval, pipelines, online experiments.
• Find new signals: log/ingest new data sources; derive contextual features.
• Run fast loops: offline eval, ship to online A/B, readouts in days; diagnose divergences.
• Build tooling to automate experiment-debugging and signal discovery.
• Set NEXT's technical direction; decide bets; align with data/pipeline teams.
• Embrace data-quality instrumentation and train/serve consistency in feature pipelines; debug experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of ML experience shipping production models.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Experience with large-scale prediction/decisioning systems (CTR/CVR, ranking).
• Proficient in Python.
• Comfortable working under ambiguity.
• Bonus: experience using LLMs as agents or feature extractors.
