📋 Description

• Own and improve ML models powering the Home feed and Shortcuts.
• Design, build, and ship personalized recommendations serving millions globally.
• Build content recommendation systems for AI-powered experiences.
• Train and optimize large language models using SFT, distillation, LoRA.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and design to run experiments.
• Drive A/B testing, monitoring, and optimization of rec quality and costs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years deploying ML systems in production.
• Deep expertise in recommendation/personalization or large-scale content discovery.
• Strong Python proficiency and PyTorch experience.
• Experience with LLM training and optimization (SFT, distillation, LoRA).
• Experience with large-scale inference, latency, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Distributed ML workloads with Ray, FSDP, HSDP, or similar.
