Senior Machine Learning (ML) Engineer (AI Insurtech)

📋 Description

• Build ML models for production use
• Perform exploratory data analysis to scope ML opportunities
• Suggest and implement features to boost model performance
• Write and review production-grade PRs daily
• Translate client business problems into ML problems
• Build scalable time-series and NLP models for claims

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as ML Engineer or Data Scientist in scalable prod environments
• Proficient in ML stacks: sklearn, Keras/PyTorch; Python/Pandas/Jupyter
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team player, solutions-oriented
• Experience with Claude Code and related tools is a strong plus
