Participate in on-call support rotation and respond to incidents and emergencies
Diagnose and resolve incidents across z/OS and ISV software
Manage incident, change, and problem management activities
Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain ISV software
Set and maintain system parameters
Support technical projects through implementation and testing

🎯 Requirements

7+ years mainframe experience in enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong knowledge of z/OS and SMP/E
Strong working knowledge of TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL
Strong knowledge of Unix System Services
Ability to independently support ISV installations
