Senior Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Improve work force productivity, make safety and quality enhancements, and achieve Maintenance
• Supervise individuals in the maintenance organization, acting as primary liaison for
• Collect, compile, organize and report out on maintenance related KPI's
• Provide project management for maintenance continuous improvement efforts
• Supervisory responsibility for maintenance group of 15 employees including performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Standard

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Science Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Technical degree with 5+ years
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cGMP and Good Documentation required
• Familiar with P&ID drawings, loop diagrams, one line schematics, etc.
• Possesses a strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures
• Works on problems of complex scope where analysis of situations or data involves multiple competing
• Demonstrates judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
