Senior Management Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead functional business analysis across the full SDLC, including requirements elicitation
• Serve as a senior functional point of contact between accounting stakeholders and technical teams
• Develop and maintain business and functional requirements, functional design documents, use cases
• Plan and execute comprehensive testing activities, including unit, system, integration, regression
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues through transaction analysis, posting-logic
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional support and drive reported defects and production problems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or ERP
• At least 5 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials
• Strong experience analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements within federal ERP
• Demonstrated ability to create functional design documents, use cases, process flows, requirements
• Proven experience planning and executing testing activities, including unit, system, integration
• Strong production support and troubleshooting capabilities, including issue triage, root-cause
