Senior Manager, Accounting, Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Lead strategy, governance, and improvement of Brex’s core FinSys platforms.
• Own the business roadmap for core FinSys to support scalable finance ops.
• Partner across the business to design durable, automated solutions for close and reporting.
• Improve controls and reduce manual work, strengthening data integrity.
• Manage cross-functional priorities with attention to detail and quality.
• Ensure Finance Systems architecture supports close, procure-to-pay, intercompany, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance Systems, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, financial reporting, procure-to-pay, and controls.
• Led ERP implementations and enhancements for Finance systems.
• Translate requirements into scalable system designs, configurations, and workflows.
• Strong project management across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
