Based in NYC with hybrid policy: 3 in-office days per week; up to 4 weeks remote
Own the Accounting & Finance systems roadmap, improving scale and controls
Lead end-to-end enhancements for NetSuite, Coupa, Pigment, Zip, Workday
Translate requirements into scalable system designs and workflows
Govern master data, configurations, roles, approvals, and change management
Drive automation to reduce manual journals and spreadsheet dependencies

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in Finance Systems, Accounting, or related fields
Strong knowledge of month-end close, reporting, P2P, and controls
Led ERP implementations and enhancements
Translate requirements into scalable system solutions and controls
Strong project management across multiple stakeholders
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and being resourceful
