Senior Manager, Accounting Team Lead

📋 Description

• Coach Client Leads on solution design, client management, delivery strategy, technical judgment
• Review client engagement approaches to identify technical risks, complexity, inconsistencies, and
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges, client concerns, capacity issues, and
• Ensure accounting work and client deliverables consistently meet established quality standards
• Conduct formal performance reviews and ongoing career development conversations with direct reports
• Identify capability gaps and address them through coaching, training, mentoring, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA certification
• 7–10 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Client Lead, Manager, or team
• Experience in public accounting at the Manager level or in outsourced accounting leadership
• Deep working knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with SAFEs, convertible instruments, ASC 606, equity compensation, and other
