Senior Manager, Accounts Payable

📋 Description

• Lead daily global Accounts Payable operations, including vendor disbursements, expense management
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team, establishing clear KPIs
• Oversee AP-related month-end close activities, including sub-ledger-to-general-ledger
• Standardize end-to-end AP operating procedures and maintain comprehensive, current process
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely responses to audit requests and
• Partner with Procurement, FP&A, Legal, Tax, and other functions to optimize purchase-to-pay

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years managing Accounts Payable
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise ERP and finance platforms such as Oracle, Workday
• Deep knowledge of US operations, US GAAP, SOX controls, multi-currency disbursements, and
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, month-end close, reconciliations, accruals
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams, including setting KPIs
