Senior Manager, Ad Operations & Yield

📋 Description

• Assess the current stack in your first 90 days and deliver an ad-tech, inventory and yield roadmap
• Own Koddi configuration, serving logic and delivery health across onsite placements
• Set inventory rules for capacity, allocation and prioritization
• Partner with Revenue Systems so Boostr and Koddi enforce them
• Increase eCPM, fill and utilization
• Stand up outsourced onsite ad ops partner: SLAs, QA standards and escalation paths

🎯 Requirements

• Sell-side experience at a publisher or retailer
• Hands-on ad server administration
• Understanding of ad server logic and tradeoffs
• Owned yield metrics: eCPM, fill, sell-through, utilization
• Built inventory frameworks and controls
• Led people and partners while doing hands-on work
