📋 Description

• Manage and develop a team of Brand Creator Associates through regular 1:1s, performance and output
• Partner with Account Directors and Creator Partnership leadership to provide performance feedback
• Serve as the senior affiliate lead for a portfolio of client accounts, providing strategic
• Lead affiliate onboarding for new clients and brands, including creator pipeline development
• Analyze creator and content performance across affiliate programs, identifying trends and
• Partner on affiliate systems, outreach platforms, and operational tooling by identifying

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator marketing, or a
• 1–3 years of people management experience, including coaching, conducting 1:1s, providing feedback
• Proven experience serving as a client-facing strategic lead, with responsibility for account
• Strong experience working cross-functionally with account leadership, managers, junior team
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to identify the factors driving creator, content, and
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
