📋 Description

• Lead client advisory and end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI workflows across Capital Markets, Asset
• Oversee multi-agent orchestration, autonomous decision-making loops, and RAG integration; translate
• Define operating models, solution blueprints, and strategic execution plans with cross-functional
• Guide AI governance, risk, and regulatory alignment (SR 11-7, OCC, AI risk management, SEC/EU AI

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in management consulting or banking transformation in Tier-1 environments.
• Proven experience designing and deploying Agentic AI solutions beyond chatbots.
• Strong LLM, cloud, and platform proficiency across Azure, GCP, AWS Bedrock.
• Hands-on observability, guardrails, risk management, and regulatory controls in financial services.
• Sales and business development experience to originate opportunities and shape proposals.
