Senior Manager, Antibot Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead part of the global Antibot Engineering organization, owning people, delivery, and technical
• Translate the Director of Antibot Engineering's strategy into clear team objectives, priorities
• Balance retailer unblocking and long-term R&D projects.
• Provide clear visibility into retailer priorities, R&D progress, capacity, dependencies, risks
• Drive retailer prioritization and engineering execution by establishing a transparent
• Partner with business, product, delivery, and operations stakeholders to clarify demand, challenge

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, web data acquisition, applied
• 3+ years of people-management experience, including leadership of experienced engineers, technical
• Demonstrated accountability for engineering delivery and production services in a complex
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, automation, observability, incident
• Strong organizational leadership, prioritization, stakeholder management, and executive
• Ability to lead across countries and cultures and to influence teams outside the direct reporting
