📋 Description

• Lead the global AV Operations and Events team, setting clear goals, operating standards, and
• Build a strong people-leadership culture through coaching, regular feedback, career development
• Oversee daily AV support, workplace technology services, and in-person, virtual, and hybrid
• Lead technical and logistical planning for high-visibility events, executive forums, company
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for C-level executives, senior leaders, and white-glove events.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in AV operations, workplace technologies, unified collaboration, enterprise
• Experience leading global or distributed teams, including employees, contractors, and vendor
• Strong people-leadership skills, with a track record of developing talent, building team
• Proven ability to support executive stakeholders and deliver high-pressure, high-visibility events.
• Advanced knowledge of AV systems, workplace technologies, UC platforms, SaaS tools, and support
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical
