Senior Manager, Business Intelligence

📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing BI team and develop talent
• Partner with senior functional leaders to frame problems and set priorities
• Own analytical outputs across core business domains with actionable insights
• Evolve the BI operating model toward self-service and AI-enabled insights
• Drive adoption of new BI tooling and self-service capabilities
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering, Data Governance, and Data Platform teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of analytics experience with hypothesis-driven analysis
• 4+ years of people management, developing senior ICs
• Strong SQL proficiency and BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker)
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical work
• Comfort with predictive modeling techniques
• Experience partnering with VP-level stakeholders to frame problems
