Senior Manager, Capital Markets Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Capital Markets Operations function
• Set priorities, establish clear ownership, and ensure timely, accurate execution of day-to-day
• Drive efficiency and automation; reduce manual work, improve data flows, make facility operations
• Own day-to-day facility execution, including draw execution, borrowing base reporting
• Monitor facility utilization and covenant compliance, flagging issues before they become breaches
• Partner with Senior Director on operational design as new facilities, lenders, and loan products

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in capital markets operations, warehouse lending, or debt facility management
• ideally with mortgage or structured finance exposure
• Track record of building from scratch and continuously improving efficiency of systems
• Working fluency with debt facility mechanics: draws, borrowing base math, and lender reporting
• Comfort with loan-level data; can trace a discrepancy from a lender report back to an origination
• Ability to operate independently; builder and doer role
