📋 Description

• Serve as an interim finance leader for private equity-backed portfolio companies following
• Assess existing finance and accounting functions to identify immediate resource, process, data, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial advisory, or a closely
• Direct experience working within or advising private equity-backed companies, preferably in
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, general ledger mechanics, trial balances, accounting operations
• Ability to navigate accounting data and resolve operational finance bottlenecks effectively; a CPA
• Demonstrated experience participating in or leading finance systems implementations, data
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite or Intacct and BI solutions such as Power BI or
