Senior Manager, Civil Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead design, engineering, and construction of Terran R test infrastructure at Stennis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Serve as owner’s rep with consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Manage docs, RFPs, bids, contractor selection, and on-site oversight.
• Travel up to 25% to support design, construction, testing, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural eng or related discipline.
• 7+ years in aerospace or construction with field engineering and project management.
• Experience with design docs, drawings, RFPs, contractor selection, and construction oversight.
• Experience in scoping, budgeting, and scheduling at task and program levels.
• Experience with architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF design, construction, operations.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling in NX or AutoCAD.
