📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with employer clients, benefits leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, benefits consulting, or another
• Experience managing employer clients or employer relationships delivered through a health plan
• Strong understanding of employer benefits and/or health plan environments, including how healthcare
• Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments while building trusted
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to establish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn program and client data into
