📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Client Marketing team (managers, associates)
• Oversee strategic planning, capacity planning, and training
• Own playbooks and quality across campaigns (branding, lead gen, events)
• Build scalable growth marketing infrastructure (budgets, systems)
• Maintain senior cross-functional relationships (Sales, Growth, Product, Compliance)
• Evolve service model with AI and automation to scale

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing with client-facing or services leadership
• Strong creative instincts; fast redirects when needed
• Proficiency in AI-native marketing workflows and tooling
• Experience managing paid programs, budgets, spend allocation
• Strong operator; builds systems and runs tight reviews
• Comfortable presenting marketing in sales conversations with advisors
