🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital product strategy, management consulting, or a high-growth
• Proven CX expertise within the contact center. You know what good looks like for agents, customers
• Proven ability to scope, refine, and pitch commercial opportunities, working cross-functionally
• Expert communicator and storyteller: you command the room with C-level audiences and craft
• Deep command of digital strategy, including user-centered research methods, journey mapping
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools day-to-day, paired with active curiosity to explore
