📋 Description

• Lead Collections Strategy and Operations: Develop and implement comprehensive collection strategies
• Oversee the institution's external receivables portfolio, ensuring accounts progress efficiently
• Establish collection protocols, portfolio segmentation criteria, escalation thresholds, recovery
• Set annual and periodic collection targets, monitor progress against key performance indicators
• Review and enhance collection policies and procedures to strengthen consistency, efficiency, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in collections, accounts receivable
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience, including team leadership
• A master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a
