Senior Manager, Communications

📋 Description

• Monitor industry breaking news, emerging threats, and competitive developments in real time to
• Build and maintain a rapid-response playbook, executive quote bank, and streamlined approval
• Pitch reactive commentary, bylines, statements, and social content to key press covering breaking
• Build a Partner communications machine, partnering with Partner Marketing to highlight Zscaler’s
• Track and analyze share of voice (SOV) against competitors and industry benchmarks using comms
• Own the cadence, content, and executive presentations for quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in PR, communications, or comms operations, ideally in B2B tech or
• Proven track record of developing, securing approval for, and pitching reactive content within
• Demonstrated experience using measurement platforms and comms analytics tools to evaluate media
• Experience building and scaling communications programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases, tracking pipeline impact, and
• High-integrity judgment and strong multi-format writing skills across statements, bylines, and
