📋 Description

• Develop and execute integrated employee communication strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partner with senior leaders and functional teams to create timely, relevant, and engaging
• Manage communications across email, intranet, digital platforms, employee meetings, town halls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, employee communications, public
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing employee communication strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling
• Proven experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
