Senior Manager, Construction Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead design, engineering, and construction of Terran R test infrastructure.
• Coordinate teams to define architectural, structural, civil, electrical, and MEPF needs.
• Serve as owner's rep with consultants, contractors, and regulators; partner with internal teams to develop designs, budgets, schedules.
• Manage construction documentation, RFPs, bidding, subcontractor selection, and on-site management.
• Drive complex projects from concept through execution with field and PM expertise.
• Up to 25% travel to support design, construction, testing, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years in aerospace and/or construction, including field engineering and project management.
• Experience with design docs, drawings, bidding, contractor selection, and field supervision.
• Experience in project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling at task and program levels.
• Experience with architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF design and construction.
• Proficiency with 3D models using NX, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
