Senior Manager, Corporate Development M&A

📋 Description

• Support acquisitions from evaluation through closing; coordinate due diligence.
• Build/maintain financial models (DCF, comps, precedent) and return analyses.
• Manage diligence lists and data rooms; summarize risks and value drivers.
• Support transaction structuring, valuation, and post-close integration.
• Market maps and target lists; analyze competitive landscape.
• Prepare investment memos and Board materials; present recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• 5–8+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or related M&A.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions from evaluation through execution.
• Strong financial modeling skills: DCF, comps, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, returns.
• Experience performing financial, commercial, and operational due diligence and data room management.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; board materials experience; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
