• Define and lead Customer Intelligence measurement: segmentation, causal impact, and retention.
• Scope ambiguous questions and translate into end-to-end analyses.
• Ensure executive-ready storytelling and decision-ready deliverables.
• Lead and develop a small analytics team partnering with engineering and data science.
• Productionize methodologies and reusable datasets with SQL/Python and Airflow.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and strategy to drive decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in analytics; 3+ years leading teams in consumer tech.
• Strong SQL and Python foundations.
• Proven impact influencing decisions, shaping strategy.
• Translates complex insights into executive narratives.
• Familiar with Airflow, GitLab, and data pipelines.
• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Economics/Statistics/CS or related field.
