Senior Manager, Data and Insights

📋 Description

• Set and own Data and Insights strategy aligned to commercial goals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Strategy to surface growth evidence.
• Establish recurring reporting used by ELT and Board for planning.
• Lead data platform decisions focused on outcomes: warehouse, modelling, visualization.
• Lead a data team with a product-like operating model and durable outputs.
• Establish governance and data quality standards across datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading BI/analytics or data science in a growing tech business.
• Experience setting analytics direction with commercial leaders and data-grounded ideas.
• Experience building data foundation and reporting stack (warehouse, modelling, viz).
• Comfortable reviewing team work and directing Python, SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Evidence of a well-governed data platform used in self-service mode.
• Experience sourcing data from CRMs and accounting systems.
• Familiarity with pro-AV industry.
