Senior Manager, Data Governance

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Data Governance team.
• Own foundational governance: metadata, taxonomy, glossary.
• Run ongoing governance programs: asset certification, data quality.
• Own the data catalog (Atlan) and drive adoption.
• Set and enforce certification standards across assets.
• SME for Data & Analytics; drive cross-functional adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data roles (analytics/engineering/governance) with SQL and dbt.
• 3+ years in people management leading ICs.
• Experience owning data governance programs and standards.
• Strong SQL; dbt and dimensional modeling experience.
• Experience with data catalogs or governance tools (Atlan, Alation, Collibra).
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
