📋 Description

• Own Business demand gen strategy across paid media, organic & lifecycle.
• Lead ABM programs; define target accounts; measure pipeline impact.
• Align ICPs, lead definitions, scoring; partner with Sales & Ops.
• Build funnel reporting from first touch to closed deals; surface insights.
• Embed AI tools into demand gen workflows for content, research, testing.
• Manage and develop one direct report.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven B2B lead gen across channels; SMB/mid-market and fintech experience.
• Hands-on paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn.
• ABM program design and execution; measure pipeline impact.
• Cross-functional partnering with Sales and Product Marketing.
• AI-enabled workflows: lead enrichment, testing, insights.
• Experience managing people and developing direct reports.
