📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional team of 8 developers responsible for SaaS and hybrid multi-tenant products.
• Manage recruitment, training, and building an accomplished and effective software development team.
• Contribute technically to the team: Provide design and code reviews, and contribute to the codebase
• Lead the forecasting, allocation, and management of capital and people investments.
• Work with product management to determine product requirements and definitions.

• Experience hiring and leading outstanding engineers.
• Experience leading Agile teams and planning processes.
• CI/CD commercial cloud architecture and delivery experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience leading 'Software as a Service' teams and processes.
• Minimum of 5 years experience directly managing development teams, creating and delivering
