📋 Description

• Lead and support the execution of web strategy across key digital properties, aligning web
• Advise marketing, fundraising, content, analytics, and other cross-functional teams on digital
• Identify opportunities to improve user journeys, web experiences, conversion, personalization, SEO
• Develop and lead SEO strategy to strengthen organic visibility, improve rankings, increase
• Oversee web implementation and collaborate with digital experience, content, project management
• Translate business needs into web strategies, journey maps, functional requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of digital marketing experience, including a strong track record in website strategy
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, information technology, or a related discipline is
• Demonstrated experience developing and leading people and teams, with a focus on engagement
• Proven ability to generate strategic ideas and lead complex, high-impact digital projects from
• Strong experience with front-end web fundamentals, CMS platforms, GA4, digital media, SEO, UX and
• Deep understanding of digital performance metrics such as engagement, traffic, average donation
