• Lead dimensional engineering strategy for complex aerospace and eVTOL structures, ensuring
• Define and approve GD&T schemes, datum structures, and tolerance allocation methodologies for
• Establish dimensional control plans, key characteristics, and variation reduction strategies for
• Develop and review measurement strategies, inspection plans, and metrology requirements, including
• Oversee dimensional validation activities during prototype, pre-production, and production phases.
• Provide technical leadership in interpreting aerospace specifications and evolving design

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of dimensional engineering experience with diverse manufacturing processes.
• In-depth knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5-1994/2009/2018.
• Proficiency in 1D and 3D dimensional variation analysis and 3DCS software.
• Knowledge of diverse measurement systems and when best implemented.
• Basic statistical concepts and process control.
