Senior Manager, Early Careers Recruiting

📋 Description

• Build and execute a comprehensive Early Careers recruiting strategy aligned with the company’s
• Design the foundational structure of the program, including target-school selection, hiring
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with university career centers, faculty, student
• Create differentiated recruiting campaigns that build awareness of the company and its
• Lead, coach, and develop (and potentially hire) a team of university recruiters and recruiting
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership to forecast

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in university or early-career recruiting, including experience building or
• Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing a recruiting team.
• Established relationships across universities, career centers, faculty networks, and student
• Experience recruiting for technical roles within the technology, AI, infrastructure, software, or
• Strong program-management skills, with the ability to create structure and scalable processes in a
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build productive partnerships with hiring teams.
